- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.   

- Full payment is required no less than 30 days prior to your booked event.

- Cancellation charges: Cancellation within 14 days of the booked event will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the booked event will be subject to no refund.

- All hired items remain the property of Aesthetic Wedding Hire.

- The hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of all hired items from the time of set up to the time of collection by Aesthetic Wedding Hire. Losses or damage to hired items will be charged at replacement cost. The hirer will be notified of losses or damage once all hired items have been checked by Aesthetic Wedding Hire. Losses or damage charged must be paid by the hirer within 14 days of notification from Aesthetic Wedding Hire.
